A1.2 Two products, one workspace

The Subscription required notice tells users to "add the subscription in the customer portal". Is that the right term for a customer, given customers do not administer subscriptions today?

Do customers sign up themselves? (Start free trial, as Tim showed on 8 September) or are they provisioned by Compatio? What is the sign-in address pattern — code uses vertibid.compatio.ai as the tenant base domain and vertibid.com for mail; the first customer was shown at ether-lighting.verbid.com. Who creates user accounts? Exact error sentences (auth/loginOutcome.ts); reset-password steps and password rules (auth/passwordPolicy.ts). No sign-in screen captured.

(1) The pending chip counts tenders processing, else pending approvals — are approvals live for customers? (2) Does Search search everything or the current page? (4) Bug: on every Quotes page the top-bar page name reads Bid instead of the page name (Topbar.tsx has no /quotes entries). Are tender_inbound_ingestion / document_intake flags on for the first customer?
