Part B covers the Tender product: responding to tenders and framework bids. You upload a customer's bill of quantities, Vertibid extracts its line items and matches them against your product catalog, you review the matches, and you fill the response workbook to submit to the tender issuer.
This part applies to organizations with a Tender subscription. If your organization has Quotes only, see Part C — Quotes.
In this part
B1 Tender concepts — tenders and frameworks, the stages a tender moves through, what material matching means, and what to set up before your first tender.
B2 Dashboard — the summary of tender work in progress that Vertibid opens on.
B3 Tenders — the tenders list, uploading a tender, working a tender through matching and the response workbook, and the sheet-review gate.
B4 Frameworks — approved supplier frameworks and framework bids.
Where Tender lives in the left navigation
The Tenders group holds Tenders and Frameworks. The Dashboard, under Workspace, summarizes tender work. The shared modules Tender relies on — Products, Customers and Settings — are documented in Part A — Shared.
The tender flow in one line
Upload → Vertibid parses and extracts the line items → matches them to your catalog → you review the matches → you fill the response workbook → you submit it to the issuer and record the outcome. See B1.2 How the tender flow works.
