This chapter covers the Tenders page and the work of a tender from upload to submission. Open the page from Tenders > Tenders in the left navigation. A tender is a customer's request that you respond to: you upload a bill of quantities, Vertibid extracts and matches its line items, you review the matches, and you fill the response workbook to submit to the issuer.
