The sheet-review gate is a pause in a tender's processing, after its line items have been extracted and before they are matched. It gives you a chance to group similar line items — the same product asked for on several lines — so they are matched once, together.
How you know a tender is waiting
-
The Dashboard's Sheet review card shows a count — for example 1 waiting — and names the tenders.
-
On the Tenders page, the tender's stage reads Extracted.
To clear the gate
Procedure
-
Open the tender — from the Sheet review card on the Dashboard, or by selecting it on the Tenders page.
-
Review the extracted line items and group any that ask for the same product.
-
Start matching.
The tender's stage changes to Matching and then Completed, and the Sheet review card's count drops by one. See B1.2 How the tender flow works.
A bill of quantities lists the same LED panel on eight lines, one per floor. At the gate you group the eight into one, so a single match decision covers all of them.
