The Customers page lists your customer accounts. Open it from Customers > Customers in the left navigation. The count beside the heading is the number of customers; the list is headed All customers.

The region the customer is in — UK, US or UAE. |

The number of tenders open for that customer. |

Where the customer record came from. In-app is a customer added in Vertibid; otherwise the name of the system it came from. |
Actions on this page

Search customers… — at the top right of the list, finds a customer by name as you type.

+ New customer — at the top right of the page, opens the New customer form. See A4.2 Adding a customer.
To find a customer
Procedure

In the left navigation, select Customers > Customers.

In Search customers…, type part of the customer's name.
The list narrows to the customers that match.
