Document intake pulls documents into Vertibid automatically, so that files your customers and partners send become tenders, framework profiles or quotes without anyone uploading them. Open it from Settings > Integrations in the left navigation, then select Document intake in the category list. As the page says: "New files become tenders, framework profiles or quotes and start extraction on their own."
Two connectors are offered, each on its own card.
Email drop
Forwards documents to a Vertibid email address. Attachments from senders you allow become tenders, frameworks or quotes.
-
Toggle — at the top right of the card, turns the email drop on or off.
-
Last poll — when Vertibid last checked the address for new mail, for example "Last poll 9 Sept 2026, 16:39".
-
Configure — opens the email drop settings: the address and the allowed senders.
SFTP folder
Connects to a partner SFTP server with stored credentials and pulls new files from a folder.
-
Connection state — Not connected until the connector is set up.
-
Connect — opens the SFTP settings.
