Vertibid is a platform with two products. Each product has its own pages in the left navigation and its own part in this documentation.
Tender
Tender is for responding to tenders. You upload a bill of quantities, Vertibid matches its line items against your product catalog, you review the matches, and you fill the tender issuer's response workbook. Tender also keeps approved supplier frameworks and their pricing schedules alongside the tenders that draw on them.
In the left navigation, Tender is the Tenders group: Tenders and Frameworks. It is documented in Part B — Tender.
Quotes
Quotes is for building quotes and issuing them to your customers. You start from a customer's request for quotation or from nothing, Vertibid matches the requested items against your catalog, you price them from your manufacturer price lists, and you produce a branded quotation PDF.
In the left navigation, Quotes is the Quotes group — My quotes and Templates — together with Manufacturer price lists under Pricing. It is documented in Part C — Quotes.
What the products share
Both products use the same Products catalog, the same Customers list and the same Settings, so a customer or a product you add for one is available to the other. These are documented in Part A — Shared.
