Vertibid provides two products, Tender and Quotes. Both sit in the same workspace and share the same product catalog, customers and settings. Which product you can open depends on your organization's subscription. Most organizations subscribe to one; some subscribe to both.
What the left navigation shows
The left navigation shows both products' pages whichever subscription you hold:

Tenders group — Tenders and Frameworks (Tender).

Quotes group — My quotes and Templates (Quotes).

Pricing group — Manufacturer price lists (Quotes).

Workspace, Catalog, Customers and Settings groups — open to everyone.
What happens when you open a page you do not subscribe to
Vertibid shows a Subscription required notice in place of the page: "Your organisation doesn't have an active Tender Response System subscription, so this page is unavailable" (or Quote, for Quotes pages). A Back to dashboard button returns you to the Dashboard. Nothing else on the page is available.
If you believe your organization should have access to the product, contact your administrator.
An organization with a Quotes subscription sees Tenders and Frameworks in the navigation, but selecting either opens the Subscription required notice. Everything under Quotes, Pricing, Catalog, Customers and Settings works as normal.
