Compatio loads your product catalog for you. There is no upload control on the Products page in this release.
Initial load
Your catalog is loaded as part of onboarding, from the product data you and your manufacturers supply to Compatio. Once it is loaded, you can browse, search and filter it, and both products match against it.
Updates
To have products added or changed after onboarding, send the product data to your Compatio contact. Compatio loads the update and the changes appear on the Products page.
To check the catalog is loaded
Procedure

In the left navigation, select Catalog > Products.

Check the material count beneath the Products heading.

Select Filter and check that the manufacturers you sell appear under Manufacturer.
If the count is zero or a manufacturer is missing, contact your Compatio contact.
