Where a framework bid appears
While you work it, the framework bid sits on the Bidding tab of the Frameworks page, and the Frameworks item in the left navigation is highlighted rather than Tenders.
When you win
When you mark the bid Won, it graduates to an approved framework and appears on the Approved tab, with its pricing schedule on hand for the tenders that draw on it. See B1.2 How the tender flow works.
