Sending a quote by email from inside Vertibid is enabled for each organization separately. Where it is not yet enabled for yours, the Outputs tab offers download only.
What to do instead

On the quote, select the Outputs tab.

On Quote Sheet, select Download, then PDF.

Send the file from your own email.
Downloading does not change the quote's status and does not lock it; see C5.2 Locking and versioning a sent quote.
