Every Vertibid page has the same frame: the left navigation, the top bar, and the working area. This page describes the left navigation and the top bar. The working area is described in the chapter for each page.
The left navigation
The left navigation lists every page, grouped by what it does. Your organization's name sits at the top.

Every group is shown whichever product your organization subscribes to. Opening a page for a product you do not subscribe to shows a Subscription required notice; see A1.2 Two products, one workspace.
Collapse, at the foot of the navigation, narrows it to icons. Select it again to expand.
The top bar
The top bar is the same on every page. From left to right:

Page name — the name of the page you are on.

Search… — a search box. Press
/from anywhere on the page to move the cursor into it. -
Help — opens a menu with Help for this screen, Documentation, Keyboard shortcuts, Send feedback and Contact support.

Activity — recent activity.

Alerts — notifications. A count appears on the bell when you have unread notifications.

Ask AI — opens the AI assistant. Press
⌘/(Mac) orCtrl+/(Windows). The button is hidden when the assistant's Visibility is set to Hidden; see A5.1.2 The AI assistant. -
Pending — a red chip such as 1 pending while tenders are being processed, showing how many.

Account menu — your initials and name. It opens to show your full name, role and email, with Profile, Settings and Sign out.
A Report issue tab on the right edge of every page reports a problem to Compatio.
Where you land after signing in
Vertibid opens on the Dashboard, headed Overview. It summarizes tender work; if your organization has Quotes only, select My quotes in the left navigation to begin. See B2 Dashboard.
To open a page from the top bar search

Press
/, or select Search… in the top bar. -
Type part of the name of the item you want.

Select the result.
The page opens and its name appears at the left of the top bar.
